As an Analyst at Prairie Capital Advisors, Allie Stolte performs financial analysis and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of publicly traded companies. In addition, she performs merger and acquisition (M&A) research and prepares narrative reports in support of a wide variety of valuation projects, including Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP), leveraged buyouts (LBO), management buyouts (MBO) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
During her collegiate education, Ms. Stolte gained professional experience through three different internships encompassing a variety of financial services, including private wealth management, capital budgeting, and valuation. In addition, Ms. Stolte performed equity valuation, research, and analysis as a co-manager for Georgia State’s Equity Investment Fund. She solidified her interest in valuation by participating in the CFA Institute – 2016 Research Challenge, where she received mentoring and rigorous training in financial analysis.
Ms. Stolte holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
