Senior Associate Position

Atlanta, GA

Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Atlanta, GA office. Senior Associates are expected to spend approximately 80 percent or more of their time on client projects. They should have or be willing to pursue CFA certification, FINRA licensure or other relevant professional designations. Additionally, the Senior Associate will be responsible for attending professional conferences, participate in firm webinars, publish articles and pursue outside speaking opportunities as well as be an active member of relevant professional organizations. Engagement types include primarily ESOP advisory and valuation/financial opinions, capital raising, and M&A advisory. We operate in an entrepreneurial environment and Senior Associates are given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage project teams and execute projects across all service lines
  • Oversight of financial modeling and analysis
  • Prepare client deliverables including valuation reports, presentations, information memoranda and marketing materials
  • Oversight of industry and economic research
  • Lead client discussions and due diligence meetings
  • Presentation of deliverables and justify analysis to clients, Boards, trustees and other stakeholders
  • Preparation of buyer lists, models and client materials for capital markets assignments
  • National client base – some to significant travel is required
