Christine Myers is Prairie Capital Advisor’s Human Resources Manager. Ms. Myers works closely with senior management to develop and implement HR and recruiting strategies to achieve the firm’s growth goals and optimize efficiency.
Prior to joining Prairie, Ms. Myers was an Operations Manager for KPMG’s Experienced Hire Recruiting team where she managed the recruiting operations team and developed metrics to analyze headcount, productivity, and utilization statistics to ensure hiring was aligned with current resources and firm performance. Throughout her career, Ms. Myers has created and delivered trainings on recruiting process, operational efficiencies and improving the candidate experience.
Ms. Myers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Organizational Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign. Ms. Myers currently holds an HRCI Professional of Human Resources and the Human Capital Institute’s Analyst of Talent Management certifications.
