HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Christine Myers joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2017. She works closely with senior management to develop and implement HR and recruiting strategies to achieve the firm’s growth goals and optimize efficiency. In addition, Christine interacts with employees to foster career development goals and increase engagement. Christine is also chairperson of Prairie’s ESOP Committee.
Prior to joining Prairie, Christine was an Operations and Reporting Manager for KPMG’s Experienced Hire Recruiting team where she managed the recruiting operations team and developed metrics to analyze headcount, productivity and utilization statistics to ensure hiring was aligned with current resources and firm performance. Throughout her career, Christine has created and delivered training programs on recruiting processes, operational efficiencies and improving the candidate experience.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Organizational Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign. Christine currently holds an HRCI Professional of Human Resources certificate as well as the Human Capital Institute’s Analyst of Talent Management certification.
