As an Associate at Prairie Capital Advisors, Macie Dorow executes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital formation and other investment banking transactions. In this role, Ms. Dorow performs financial analysis and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of publicly traded companies. In addition, she performs merger and acquisition (M&A) research and prepares narrative reports in support of a wide variety of valuation projects, including Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP), leveraged buyouts (LBO), management buyouts (MBO) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Prairie, Ms. Dorow was an Analyst at Fleetridge Pacific, a San Diego based investment bank focusing on mergers and acquisitions primarily in the healthcare industry. In this role, Ms. Dorow provided support with M&A deal flow, including analyzing and compiling financial and operational data, financial due diligence, financial modeling and forecasting, valuations, and research. Ms. Dorow interned with Grace Matthew, Inc., a Milwaukee based investment bank specializing in the chemical and materials industries, and Northwestern Mutual, a Milwaukee based financial services provider.
Ms. Dorow holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration – Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Lubar School of Business.
