Macie Dorow joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2016. She executes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital formation and other investment banking transactions. Macie is involved in all aspects of M&A transactions, including preparing financial models, analyzing business dynamics, conducting industry research, creating client marketing materials and coordinating due diligence.
Additionally, Macie presents webinars and speaks at conferences, including The ESOP Association’s Midwest Regional Conference and the Minnesota/Dakotas Chapter of The ESOP Association, on the topic of valuation.
Prior to joining Prairie, Macie was an Analyst at Fleetridge Pacific, a San Diego-based investment bank focusing on M&A, primarily in the healthcare industry. In this role, Macie supported M&A deal flow, including analyzing and compiling financial and operational data, financial due diligence, financial modeling and forecasting, valuations and research. Macie also interned with Grace Matthew, Inc., a Milwaukee-based investment bank specializing in the chemical and materials industries and at Northwestern Mutual, a Milwaukee-based financial services provider.
Macie holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Lubar School of Business.
