Prairie Capital Advisors Wins Two Awards at M&A Atlas Awards

(“Prairie”), a leading corporate advisory and investment banking firm, is proud to announce that it received awards for Cross Border Deal of the Year, Small-Mid Markets (size range $50-$100 million) and the U.S.A Fairness Opinion Advisor of the Year by Global M&A Network’s The M&A Atlas Awards at the 9th Annual Gala & Dinner Ceremony.
The winners are officially recognized at the ceremony which took place at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum on November 2, 2017 in New York. Firms were honored for excellence in the categories of best value-creating deals, outstanding firms, influential dealmakers and illustrious leaders from North and South America’s business, investors and deal communities. Transactions were analyzed in a highly competitive process made up of 396 transaction submissions of which winners are selected on transaction performance merits, team expertise, and record of accomplishments. Award categories were broken down by deal size ranging up to $1 billion in value.
