George Oxler joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2022. He completes financial analysis and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of private and publicly-traded companies. In addition, George performs merger and acquisition (“M&A”) research and prepares narrative reports and presentations in support of investment banking engagements, including sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates, leveraged buyouts (“LBOs”), management buyouts (“MBOs”) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
