Jonathan Broun joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2023. He completes financial analysis and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of private and publicly-traded companies. In addition, Jonathan performs merger and acquisition (“M&A”) research and prepares narrative reports and presentations in support of investment banking engagements, including sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), management buyouts (MBOs) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Prairie full-time, Jonathan worked part-time as an intern at Prairie where he helped prepare client deliverables, participated in client discussions as well as performed financial analysis and modeling services. As an intern at Enterprise Bank & Trust in the Sponsor Finance group, Jonathan assisted with the modeling and analysis of senior debt financing transaction and limited partnership agreements.
Jonathan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan.
