understand our client’s objectives

4. Due Diligence

Prairie will conduct in-depth due diligence to begin the strategy planning process and mitigate potential “concerns”

5. Company Positioning

We will create an investment thesis and positioning strategy so we can communicate the merits of the transaction

6. Buyer Screening

We use multiple sources to identify potential buyers. Our buyer screening process will identify strategic buyers and financial sponsors with characteristics that meet our clients objectives

7. Marketing Materials

We will create confidential marketing materials and distribute to buyers in a discrete manner

8. Active Involvement

From indications of interest through negotiations and closing of the transaction, Prairie will be actively involved to help ensure our client’s objectives are satisfied
