Edward McKlindon

Senior Associate

Edward McKlindon joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2017. Ed executes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital formation and other investment banking transactions. He is involved in all aspects of M&A transactions, including preparing financial models, analyzing business dynamics, conducting industry research, creating client marketing materials and coordinating due diligence.

Additionally, Ed presents webinars on various topics, including the sale of companies that have employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and he is a member of the team that creates Prairie Industry Perspectives, a publication series that provides analysis and assessment of the M&A and financing markets for growing industry segments. Ed is also actively involved in Prairie’s ESOP Committee.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Prairie, Ed worked in the Credit Products Group at PNC Bank where he performed financial analysis, industry research and probability of default modeling for middle market and large corporate companies.

Education

Ed holds two Bachelor of Science degrees – one in Finance and one in Economics – from Pennsylvania State University.
