Himanshu Chaudhry joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2022. He advises middle-market companies on employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), corporate valuation, financial opinions and other investment banking advisory services. Himanshu is responsible for providing project management services, corporate valuations and transaction analyses in support of capital structuring engagements including the following: ESOP implementation, leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts (MBO), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fairness opinions and other corporate finance-related topics.
Prior to joining Prairie, Himanshu was a Senior Manager at EY, where he served on the Valuation Team in Transactions Advisory Services (TAS). Before that, he was an Associate at Genpact LLC, where he worked in the Investment Banking unit of a leading bank in the United States.
Himanshu holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Gurgaon, India, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kurukshetra University, India.
