Jordan Warhurst joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2021. He completes financial analysis and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of publicly-traded companies. In addition, Jordan performs merger and acquisition ("M&A") research and prepares narrative reports in support of a wide variety of valuation projects, including employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), leveraged buyouts (LBOs), management buyouts (MBOs) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Prairie, Jordan was an Analyst at HDH Advisors, specializing in Business Valuation and Litigation. His professional experience also includes positions as an Analyst in Business Valuation and Litigation at LBMC and a Procurement analyst focusing on the Integrated Global Supply Chain at Eastman Chemical Company.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from East Tennessee State University. At East Tennessee State, Jordan participated in the Debate Team, Toastmasters and the Midway Honors Scholars Program.
