Analyst
Shaizul Lalani joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2022. He completes financial analysis and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of publicly-traded companies. In addition, Shaizul performs merger and acquisition ("M&A") research and prepares narrative reports in support of a wide variety of valuation projects, including employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), leveraged buyouts (LBOs), management buyouts (MBOs) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Prairie, Shaizul was an Investment Valuation Analyst at Cloud Toronto Venture Capital. Before that, he was a Business Analyst Intern at Cinelease Studios – Three Ring and an Associate Project Manager at American Fueling Systems.
Shaizul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Georgia State University.
