Mr. Burdette is a committed member of the ESOP Association and is on the Interdisciplinary Advisory Committee on Fiduciary Issues. He is also actively involved in his local chapter as The ESOP Association’s New South ESOP Chapter Vice President, a member of the New South ESOP Chapter Executive Committee, and currently sits on the editorial board of The New South Chapter’s quarterly publication Eye on ESOPs.
Gregory Cook, Vice President, advises middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions, employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) advisory, corporate valuation, financial opinions and other investment banking advisory services.
