Michael McGinley joined Prairie in 2012 and is a shareholder of the firm. “Michael has been an important asset to our firm in his role of managing client engagements, mentoring staff and leading key firm initiatives,” said Rocky Fiore, Managing Director and COO of Prairie. “He has extensive experience managing complex valuation and transaction engagements and is involved in numerous strategic and operational initiatives which are critical to our organizational growth.” Michael has been recognized as a Top 40 Under Forty Honoree by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), is a member of The ESOP Association’s Valuation Advisory Committee and is the co-author of Making Sense of Your New ESOP: A Leaders Guide.
Kamil Swierczek has been apart of the Prairie team since 2012. “Since joining us as an Analyst, Kamil has developed a wide range of skills which are important to both our organization and our clients,” continued Fiore. “His passion for serving clients and technical skills have made a tremendous impact on our organization.” Kamil is involved in the development of the Prairie Middle Market Perspective, a quarterly analysis and assessment of the M&A and financing market.
