With nearly 25 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Waller provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) services to private companies, large corporations and private equity firms. His work has included the sale of industry-leading companies in industries ranging from medical device components to video surveillance systems to heavy duty trucks and industrial pumps. He also has significant experience advising clients on the sale of distressed businesses or business units both in and out of court. Mr. Waller’s clients have ranged from privately-held businesses to some of the largest companies in the world.
Prior to joining Prairie, Mr. Waller worked at Lincoln International, Credit Suisse and Plaisance Advisors, a firm he founded and ran for over 10 years.
Mr. Waller earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
