(“Storage Structures”) was acquired by merger by Central States Manufacturing, Inc. Prairie acted as exclusive financial advisor in this transaction to Storage Structures, Inc. and its shareholders and was led by Michael McGinley of Prairie. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 2007 and headquartered in Villa Rica, Georgia, Storage Structures is a national leader of innovation and design for self-storage and the exclusive provider of the patented Alpha Framing System. They provide experts who design, procure and install metal building components for single story, boat and RV storage, bi-level and multi-story self-storage buildings.
Central States Manufacturing is based out of Tontitown, Arkansas and was founded in 1988. With over 1,200 employee owners and 11 manufacturing facilities, they serve over 6,000 commercial, architectural, post frame and residential customers around the nation. As a 100% employee-owned company, they are a leading manufacturer of metal building components with 14 metal roofing and wall panel profiles, as well as a full line of trim, accessories and structural purlin.
