OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL – March 3, 2025 – Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc., a leading corporate advisory and investment banking firm, is pleased to announce it has hired Alexander “Alex” Grasser as Vice President. Mr. Grasser will be part of the Louisville office and will be responsible for providing project management services and general ESOP consulting engagements, including ESOP sustainability, executive compensation and transaction plan design.

Prior to joining Prairie, Alex was a Shareholder and Director of ESOP Sustainability at SCJ Fiduciary Services, specializing in ESOP repurchase obligations, sustainability and transaction plan design. He has also held roles at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates, Findley and Principal Financial Group, where he focused on ESOP sustainability, transaction compliance, business development and ESOP financial analysis. With over a decade of experience in ESOPs and employee benefit plans, Alex has shared his expertise by presenting at numerous national conferences.
Alex holds an MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain Management and a certificate in Distilled Spirits Management from the University of Louisville’s College of Business. He also earned a BSBA in Finance and Business Economics, along with a Minor in Psychology, from Northern Arizona University’s W.A. Franke College of Business.
