Mr. Viner will be part of the Cedar Rapids, Iowa, office and will focus on employee stock ownership plan and general business valuations, fairness opinions and other financial advisory services.

Mr. Viner is a highly skilled corporate finance professional specializing in the valuation of businesses and business interests for purposes of mergers and acquisitions, employee stock ownership plans and other corporate finance purposes.
Mr. Viner earned both a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Iowa.
