Ansh Ray joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2026. He performs business valuations, financial analyses and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of private and publicly traded companies. In addition, Ansh performs merger and acquisition (“M&A”) research and prepares narrative reports in support of a wide variety of valuation projects, including employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”), leveraged buyouts (“LBOs”), management buyouts (“MBOs”) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Prairie, Ansh interned with the firm, supporting valuations and fairness opinions for middle market companies. He also served as a Valuation Associate at Marshall & Stevens, where he performed valuation analyses for renewable energy projects and reviewed financial models and projected cash flows.
