Brianna Fusz joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2026. She performs business valuations, financial analyses and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of private and publicly traded companies. In addition, Brianna performs merger and acquisition (“M&A”) research and prepares narrative reports in support of a wide variety of valuation projects, including employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”), leveraged buyouts (“LBOs”), management buyouts (“MBOs”) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Prairie full-time, Brianna interned with the firm, supporting client deliverables, client discussions, financial analysis and modeling. She also gained experience in equity research, financial policy and legislative research through internships with Bluegrass Capital Research, the U.S. House of Representatives and Rich Feuer Anderson.
