Cole Lambert joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2024. He completes financial analysis and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of private and publicly-traded companies. In addition, Cole performs merger and acquisition (“M&A”) research and prepares narrative reports and presentations in support of investment banking engagements, including sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates, leveraged buyouts (“LBOs”), management buyouts (“MBOs”) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
Cole has experience in both financial analysis and law. Before joining Prairie, he worked as a Securities Analyst II at United Fire Group, where he generated investment ideas and developed valuation models for equity portfolios, in addition to writing comprehensive quarterly reports. Prior to that, he worked for various companies such as Falls River Group and Roetzel & Andress, where he gained experience in preparing transaction memorandums, conducting due diligence, and supporting litigation efforts.
