Dominic Miller joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2025. He performs business valuations, financial analyses and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of private and publicly traded companies. In addition, Dominic performs merger and acquisition (“M&A”) research and prepares narrative reports in support of a wide variety of valuation projects, including employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”), leveraged buyouts (“LBOs”), management buyouts (“MBOs”) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Prairie, Dominic was a Finance and Sales Operations Intern at Woolpert, a leading architecture and engineering firm, where he worked alongside cross-functional teams to streamline systems, develop data tools, enhance client onboarding and support strategic outreach initiatives.
