Harsh Patel

Harsh Patel joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2015. He is part of the employee stock ownership program (“ESOP”) advisory team focusing on valuation, feasibility and transaction structuring. In addition, Harsh is involved in executing sell-side ESOP engagements and capital structuring projects by delivering overall project management, corporate valuations and transaction analyses. His other responsibilities include seamless communication with clients, trustees and other service providers through correspondence, narrative reports, marketing information and presentations.

Additionally, Harsh presents webinars on various topics including the implementing of ESOPs, repurchase obligation and sustainability.
