Joseph Labetti joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2022. He co-leads Prairie’s Capital Markets Practice. Joseph’s work focuses on advising company boards of directors, shareholders and management teams on capital structure strategy, ownership transitions and transaction execution, including employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) formations and capital raising engagements.
