Katelyn Jablonski joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2023. She completes financial analysis and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of publicly traded companies. In addition, Katelyn performs merger and acquisition (“M&A”) research and prepares narrative reports in support of a wide variety of valuation projects, including employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”), leveraged buyouts (“LBOs”), management buyouts (“MBOs”) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
In addition, Katelyn serves as a member of Prairie’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) Committee, contributing to firmwide communication, education and celebration of Prairie’s employee ownership culture.
Prior to joining Prairie, Katelyn worked as a Financial Advising Intern at Morton Private Wealth Strategies, Inc. where she assisted in analyzing clients’ financial situations to prepare suitable wealth management plans.
