Kristine Ritzler joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2024. She works closely with senior management to develop and implement human resources and recruiting strategies to achieve the firm’s growth goals and optimize efficiency. In addition, Kristine interacts with employees to foster career development goals and increase engagement.
Before joining Prairie, Kristine worked in several human resources roles across various professional service organizations such as ArchPoint Group and Meaden & Moore. In these roles, she oversaw recruiting, employee engagement, performance management and benefits administration. Kristine has developed robust communication plans for open enrollment and conducted a detailed compensation analysis, auditing job descriptions and utilizing tools for salary range establishment. Additionally, Kristine improved onboarding and offboarding strategies to enhance communication and readiness for new hires and those terminating throughout the organization.
Kristine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a minor in Human Resources from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. In addition, Kristine is certified as a SHRM Certified Professional and holds a certification in HR Analytics from Cornell University as well as holds a certification as an effective Woman in Leadership from Ashland University.
