Macie Dorow joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2016. She specializes in advising middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), capital formation and other investment banking transactions. Macie’s expertise includes involvement in every aspect of an M&A transaction from developing deal strategy to navigating her clients through all phases of the process to reach their unique objectives.

Additionally, Macie presents webinars and speaks at conferences, including The ESOP Association (“TEA”) and the National Center of Employee Ownership (“NCEO”), on the topics of valuation and selling employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) companies.
