Macie Dorow joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2016. Macie’s work focuses on advising company boards of directors, shareholders and management teams on ownership transitions, strategic alternatives and transaction execution. Macie frequently speaks at conferences and industry events including programs hosted by The ESOP Association (“TEA”) and the National Center for Employee Ownership (“NCEO”). Thought leadership topics include valuation, M&A transactions and ownership transition planning, including the sale of employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) companies.
