Mateo Aguilar joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2025. He completes financial analysis and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of publicly traded companies. In addition, Mateo performs merger and acquisition (“M&A”) research and prepares narrative reports in support of a wide variety of valuation projects, including employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”), leveraged buyouts (“LBOs”), management buyouts (“MBOs”) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Prairie, Mateo worked as a Valuations Specialist at Inspira Financial Trust, Inc. He also gained experience as an intern at Prairie, where he helped prepare financial models and provided analytical support for a variety of valuation engagements, including ESOP updates, buy-side transactions, sell-side transactions, corporate valuations and transaction opinions.
