Maxx Zomick joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2023. He completes financial analysis and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of private and publicly-traded companies. In addition, Maxx performs merger and acquisition (“M&A”) research and prepares narrative reports and presentations in support of investment banking engagements, including sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), management buyouts (MBOs) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Prairie full-time, Maxx worked as an intern at Prairie where he helped prepare client deliverables, participated in client discussions as well as performed financial analysis and modeling services. Before that, he was an M&A analyst at Logan Growth Advisors, a Dallas-based investment bank focusing on M&A and capital raising, primarily in the healthcare industry.
Maxx received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance Honors and a minor in Economics from DePaul University.
