Maxx Zomick joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2023. Maxx’s work focuses on advising company boards of directors, shareholders and management teams on ownership transitions, strategic alternatives and transaction execution.
Prior to joining Prairie full-time, Maxx worked as an M&A analyst at Logan Growth Advisors, a Dallas-based investment bank focusing on M&A and capital raising, primarily in the healthcare industry.
