Michael joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2024. He completes financial analysis and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of publicly-traded companies. In addition, Michael performs merger and acquisition (“M&A”) research and prepares narrative reports in support of a wide variety of valuation projects, including employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”), leveraged buyouts (“LBOs”), management buyouts (“MBOs”) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
In addition, Michael serves as a member of Prairie’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) Committee, contributing to firmwide communication, education and celebration of Prairie’s employee ownership culture.
Prior to joining Prairie, Michael was an Associate at CohnReznick, specializing in renewable energy transactions. His professional experience has also afforded him roles as an Accountant at companies such as Tarsus Connect, Cox Automotive and Metroplex Energy.
