Michael joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2024. He completes financial analysis and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of publicly-traded companies. In addition, Michael performs merger and acquisition (“M&A”) research and prepares narrative reports in support of a wide variety of valuation projects, including employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”), leveraged buyouts (“LBOs”), management buyouts (“MBOs”) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Prairie, Michael was an Associate at CohnReznick, specializing in renewable energy transactions. His professional experience has also afforded him roles as an Accountant at companies such as Tarsus Connect, Cox Automotive and Metroplex Energy.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Investment Banking, Alternative Investments and Capital Markets from Emory University. Additionally, Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from The University of Alabama.
