Nicholas Dolan

Nicholas Dolan joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2015. Nick’s work focuses on advising company boards of directors, shareholders and management teams on employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) transactions, valuation matters and ownership transition planning. Nick frequently presents webinars and speaks at conferences and industry events on ESOP education, value drivers and ownership culture. Thought leadership topics include ESOP implementation, corporate valuation, leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts (“MBOs”), mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) and other corporate finance matters. In 2024, Nick received the Emerging Leader Award from The M&A Advisor.
