Nicole Gombotz joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2017. She oversees the economic, industry and market research that is prepared in support of Prairie’s valuation and investment banking engagements. One of Nicole’s key responsibilities is to analyze the business dynamics and trends within Prairie’s client industries. Given that Prairie’s client base is comprised mainly of closely-held companies, she uses a wide variety of data sources regarding small- to mid-sized companies and their industries.
Nicole supervises the preparation of Prairie’s white papers, articles and other publications. She is also a member of the team that creates Prairie Industry Perspectives. This publication series analyzes and assesses the mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) and financing markets for growing industry segments. Moreover, Nicole is part of the team responsible for Prairie’s ESOP Newsletter.
In addition, Nicole serves as Chair of Prairie’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) Committee, leading the firm’s efforts to communicate, educate and celebrate Prairie’s employee ownership culture.
