Reggie Graham joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2025. Reggie’s work focuses on advising company boards of directors, shareholders and management teams on employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) transactions, valuation matters and ownership transition planning. Reggie frequently participates in industry discussions and professional forums related to ESOP transactions, corporate valuation and ownership transition strategies.
Thought leadership topics include ESOP implementation, annual stock valuations, leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts (“MBOs”), mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) and fairness opinions.
Prior to rejoining Prairie, Reggie was Director of Valuation Services at CBIZ, Inc. (formerly Marcum, LLP). Before that, he held senior management roles at Houlihan Lokey, Inc., KPMG, LLP and KPMG Corporate Finance. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, Reggie has led financial advisory and transaction services engagements across the United States and Europe, advising companies on corporate finance strategy and complex transaction matters.
