Suzanne Hoffman joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2025. She provides bookkeeping, clerical and general office support to ensure Prairie’s operations run efficiently. Suzanne interacts closely with employees at all levels and locations of the company, as well as external guests, clients and vendors. On a day-to-day basis, Suzanne handles many projects simultaneously, including database updates, printing and binding, call screening and directing, office organization and more.
Suzanne brings strong experience in office management and administrative operations. Prior to joining Prairie, she served as Office Coordinator at Heico Companies, where she managed scheduling, travel logistics, corporate events and front desk operations while supporting daily office functions. Earlier in her career, she worked as Office Manager at MBH Appraisal Services and Sales Coordinator at Kellen Company, where she handled invoicing, accounts reconciliation, contract preparation and client coordination while maintaining efficient operational systems.
