Timothy Binney joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2026. Tim focuses on originating and executing mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) engagements, with primary sector coverage in Business Services, including a sub-sector focus on Marketing Services such as experiential marketing and events, market research and insights, digital advertising and marketing and incentives. He also covers the Home Services sector, with a focus on roofing and pest control.
Prior to joining Prairie, Tim was a Director at Capstone Partners, where he executed numerous sell-side advisory mandates for companies ranging from $20 million to $300 million in enterprise value and helped develop sub-sector coverage strategies within business services. He previously served as a Director at EBB Group, where he sourced, led and closed multiple lower middle market M&A transactions and contributed to firm-wide process improvements. Earlier in his career, Tim held roles at Houlihan Lokey and Lazard Middle Market, advising on sell-side M&A transactions in the consumer sector and supporting key aspects of execution.
