Tim Jamison joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2016 and is a shareholder in the firm. He is responsible for Prairie’s business development and growth initiatives. Tim’s work focuses on advising business owners and management teams on ownership transition planning, valuation matters and transaction execution.
Tim is actively involved in the employee ownership community and frequently presents webinars and speaks at conferences and industry events including Prairie-hosted events, The ESOP Association (“TEA”), the National Center for Employee Ownership (“NCEO”) and the Ohio Employee Ownership Center (“OEOC”). Thought leadership topics include ESOPs, sustainability and ownership transition planning. In addition, Tim serves on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Center for Employee Ownership (“TNCEO”).
