Trevor Dursky joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2023. Trevor’s work focuses on advising company boards of directors, shareholders and management teams on employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) transactions, valuation matters and ownership transition planning. Trevor participates in industry discussions and professional forums related to ESOP transactions, corporate valuation and ownership transition strategies. Thought leadership topics include ESOP implementation, leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts (“MBOs”), mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) and fairness opinions.
Prior to joining Prairie, Trevor was an Investment Portfolio Manager at UFG Insurance, where he led a team of analysts managing a portfolio of fixed income, equity and alternative asset investments. Previously, Trevor served on active duty in the U.S. Army, leading soldiers and planning operations in both domestic and overseas environments, and continued his service with the Iowa Army National Guard until his retirement in 2025.
