Tyler Kotiza joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2025. He is responsible for Prairie’s business development and growth initiatives related to ownership transition advisory for middle market companies. Tyler’s work focuses on advising company boards of directors, shareholders and management teams on ownership transitions, strategic alternatives and transaction execution.
Prior to joining Prairie, Tyler was a Managing Director at Warson Capital Partners, where he led M&A advisory engagements for lower middle market clients. He previously held consulting roles at West Monroe and Kaufman Hall, advising organizations on strategic and financial planning. Tyler began his career at BMO Harris Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he developed experience across a range of industries and corporate finance disciplines.
