Wendy Gugora joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2013 and is a shareholder in the firm. She partners with senior management to shape and execute Prairie’s overall marketing strategy, aligning brand positioning and growth objectives with measurable business outcomes. She oversees the development and management of the firm’s marketing budget and leads the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives that elevate Prairie’s market presence.
Wendy directs the firm’s content strategy and brand voice across all platforms, including marketing collateral, website, social media, webinars, publications and speaking engagements. She ensures consistent messaging that reinforces Prairie’s value proposition and thought leadership in the market. Wendy leads and mentors the marketing team, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with the firm’s growth objectives. Additionally, she is on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Center for Employee Ownership (“ILCEO”).
Prior to joining Prairie, Wendy was the Marketing Manager for Kovitz Investment Group, an investment advisory firm in Chicago, Illinois. She led the firm’s marketing efforts to attract and retain high-net-worth individual clients. Before that, Wendy was with Clifton Gunderson, a mid-sized accounting and consulting firm. As the National Marketing Manager for the firm, she managed national and local initiatives across various industry and service teams.
