Zachary Balis joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2026. He performs business valuations, financial analyses and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of private and publicly traded companies. In addition, Zachary performs merger and acquisition (“M&A”) research and prepares narrative reports in support of a wide variety of valuation projects, including employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”), leveraged buyouts (“LBOs”), management buyouts (“MBOs”) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Prairie Capital Advisors, Zach was an Analyst at BDO Capital Advisors, where he supported Sell-Side ESOP and Capital Raising through valuation and leveraged buyout analyses, and the preparation of client materials. Additionally, he previously interned at Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc. and worked in commercial banking at BankFinancial as a Junior Real Estate Portfolio Analyst supporting portfolio analysis, risk assessment and investment decision-making.
