Dave Horvath joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2023. He leads Prairie’s Sustainability and Compensation Consulting Practice. Dave’s work focuses on advising boards of directors, trustees and companies on compensation, employee benefits and ownership transition matters, including mature ESOP consulting. Recent projects include ESOP sustainability studies for boards and trustees, market compensation research and benchmarking and equity incentive plan design.
Dave frequently speaks at conferences and industry events including programs hosted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”), The ESOP Association (“TEA”) and the National Center for Employee Ownership (“NCEO”). Thought leadership topics include ESOPs, executive compensation, employee benefit plans and ownership transition planning. Dave is a past Chair of the Members Retirement Committee of the AICPA.
