Gregory Cook joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2014 and is a shareholder in the firm. He leads Prairie’s Corporate Fairness Opinion practice and serves as Chair of Prairie’s Technical Committee. Greg’s work focuses on advising company boards of directors, special committees and shareholders on valuation matters, transaction structuring and fairness opinions.
Greg is a frequent speaker at conferences and industry events including Prairie-hosted events, The ESOP Association (“TEA”) and other industry forums. Thought leadership topics include fairness opinions, special committees, valuation and ESOP transactions. In addition, Greg serves as a Member of The ESOP Association’s Valuation Advisory Committee.
In 2018, Greg was recognized as a Top 40 Under Forty Honoree by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (“NACVA”). In 2019, he received the America’s Top Rising Star award from M&A Atlas.
