Harsh Patel

Associate

Harsh Patel joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2015. He completes financial analysis and modeling services as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of publicly-traded companies. In addition, Harsh performs merger and acquisition (M&A) research and prepares narrative reports in support of a wide variety of valuation projects, including employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), leveraged buyouts (LBOs), management buyouts (MBOs) and other capital structuring projects for clients nationwide. His other responsibilities include seamless communication with clients, trustees and other service providers.

Additionally, Harsh presents webinars on various topics including the implementing of ESOPs, repurchase obligation and sustainability.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Prairie full-time, Harsh worked part-time as an intern at Prairie where he helped prepare client deliverables, participated in client discussions as well as performed financial analysis and modeling services.

Education

Harsh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago.
