Nick Viner rejoined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2020. Nick’s work focuses on advising company boards of directors, shareholders and management teams on employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) transactions, valuation matters and ownership transition planning. Nick frequently presents webinars and industry programs on valuation and ESOP-related topics. Thought leadership topics include corporate valuation, ESOP implementation, leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts (“MBOs”), mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) and other corporate finance matters.
In 2024, Nick received the Emerging Leader Award from The M&A Advisor. In 2021, he was recognized as a Top 40 Under Forty Honoree by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (“NACVA”).
