Vice President
Nick Viner rejoined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2020. He advises middle-market companies on employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), corporate valuation, financial opinions and other investment banking advisory services. Nick is responsible for providing project management services, corporate valuations and transaction analyses in support of capital structuring engagements including the following: ESOP implementation, leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts (MBO), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fairness opinions and other corporate finance-related topics.
Nick also regularly presents webinars on the topic of valuation.
Immediately Prior to rejoining Prairie, Nick was the VP of Finance and Controller at IDc Technologies, where, as part of the management team, he was responsible for the Company’s accounting and financial management. Nick has also worked as an Investment Development Analyst at Summit Agricultural Group, where, as part of the investment team, he evaluate investment opportunities both domestically and internationally throughout the agriculture value chain.
Nick earned both a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Iowa.
