Keeping Community Ties – Transition to an ESOP

Implementing an ESOP has many benefits in addition to providing liquidity to the business owner and wealth creation for employees. Benefits include a way to attract and retain employees, continuation of company culture, legacy and even keeping jobs in the community. Nick Viner will moderate a discussion with two agribusinesses that have chosen an ESOP. Corry Israel from CropQuest and Randy Owen from OwenTree Service will share their stories on how the ESOP has impacted their businesses including keeping the local economy vibrant with the continuing oftheir business. Agribusiness specialist Lance Woodbury from Pinion will also round out the discussion with his experience.
