Our Team

Christopher Silvetti

Vice President

Christopher Silvetti is a Vice President in the Chicago office of Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc. Mr. Silvetti advises middle market companies on employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) advisory, corporate valuation and other financial advisory services. As Vice President, Mr. Silvetti is responsible for providing project management services, corporate valuations and related transaction analyses in support of capital structuring engagements, including ESOP implementation, leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts (MBO), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fairness opinions, and other related corporate finance purposes. 

Mr. Silvetti’s clients represent a broad range of industries including but not limited to automotive, consumer products, foodservice and retail, banking and investment services, commercial real estate, transportation and logistics, gaming, healthcare, manufacturing, industrial products and raw materials industries.

Prior to joining Prairie Capital Advisors, Mr. Silvetti was a senior valuation consultant at Navigant Consulting in the Global Disputes and Economics practice. Prior to Navigant, Mr. Silvetti was a valuation consultant at both Willamette Management Associates and Crowe Horwath. Mr. Silvetti began his career as a financial analyst at U.S. Bank.
Mr. Silvetti earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Roosevelt University’s Walter E. Heller College of Business. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Finance, from Ferris State University.
