Rocky Fiore joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2000 and is a shareholder in the firm. He serves as President and COO and is a member of Prairie’s Board of Directors, Fairness Committee and Operating Committee. Rocky is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operations and business development efforts, as well as various other strategic initiatives.
Rocky’s client work focuses on advising company boards of directors, shareholders and management teams on ownership transitions, transaction structuring, valuation matters and strategic alternatives. He is actively involved in the employee ownership community and is a nationally recognized speaker on topics related to employee stockownership plans (“ESOPs”), valuation and mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”). In addition, Rocky serves on the Advisory Committee on Finance with The ESOP Association (“TEA”) and sits on the Board of Directors of Novaspect Holdings, Inc., Contegra Construction Co. and MTI Boats, Inc.
