Tim Jamison operates out of Prairie Capital Advisors' Louisville office. As Vice President, Mr. Jamison is responsible for business development and growth initiatives focused on new and mature Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) opportunities. He advises companies and principals on valuation and ownership transition issues specifically ESOP formation and implementation. Services include adequate consideration analyses, feasibility studies, transaction financing and restructuring, fairness and solvency opinions, post-transaction cash flow analyses, and annual valuations.
Mr. Jamison has performed valuations and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) on a variety of companies in various industries.
Prior to joining Prairie Capital Advisors, Mr. Jamison was an executive in the senior housing industry. During that time, he worked on several M&A transactions and performed multiple valuations and financial analysis of companies. He also worked in the corporate finance department during his tenure in senior housing and completed several successful finance/debt transactions – both on a project level and the corporate level. Mr. Jamison has led the efforts on the ground up development of several senior housing facilities during his career.
Prior to his experience in the senior housing industry, Mr. Jamison spent several years in the utility industry, performing M&A, valuations and accounting work. Mr. Jamison is a CPA and started his career with a national public accounting firm before branching off into management accounting, corporate finance and M&A.
Mr. Jamison holds a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Accounting from Bellarmine College.
