In her new role as Chief Marketing Officer, Wendy will continue to lead Prairie’s strategic marketing initiatives while helping guide the firm’s long-term growth, brand development and business development efforts. Her promotion to Chief Marketing Officer recognizes the significant role she has played in shaping Prairie’s marketing strategy, strengthening its brand and supporting the firm’s continued growth, while positioning her to help guide Prairie’s long-term strategic direction.
Wendy Gugora joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2013 and is a shareholder in the firm. As a member of the leadership team, she is responsible for developing and executing Prairie’s strategic marketing vision, driving brand growth, market positioning and business development initiatives that support the firm’s long-term objectives.
She oversees Prairie’s marketing strategy and operations, including brand management, thought leadership, communications, digital marketing, events and business development support. Under her leadership, Prairie has expanded its thought leadership platform and enhanced its brand visibility through integrated marketing programs that reinforce the firm’s expertise in ownership transition and employee ownership.
In addition, Wendy leads and develops the marketing team while fostering collaboration across the organization to support growth and innovation.
