OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL – April 11, 2024 – Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc., a leading corporate advisory and investment banking firm, is pleased to announce it has hired Yuhi Kamimura as Director. Mr. Kamimura will be part of the Oakbrook Terrace, IL office and will focus on advising middle-market companies, shareholders and trustees on employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) transactions, fairness opinions, leveraged buyouts, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) and other strategic advisory engagements.

Mr. Kamimura is an experienced professional who advises company shareholders on various corporate finance and valuation matters, encompassing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), financing, and other related purposes. Additionally, he possesses expertise in structuring debt securities and providing commercially sound opinions for debt issuances.
Mr. Kamimura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. He currently holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 securities licenses.
